HP Care Pack Services cost-effectively upgrade or extend your standard warranty with easy-to-buy, easy-to-use support packages. They reduce downtime risks with support levels from basic to critical with onsite and/or offsite services. And they cover all the IT products your business relies on: servers, storage, networking, desktops, mobile computing, printing and imaging, and software.

After you subscribe for the HP Care Pack, the registration certificate will be emailed to you with the Reference Id for the CarePack.  The hard copy of the certificate will also be sent across to you.  After you receive the certificate, you will be entitled to register you complaints with the HP online support desk or into the website by mentioning the refrence id of the certificate. The certificate will contain all the details of the Care Pack and the duration for which the care pack is valid.
